Windows 10: 24H2 causing DirectX 12 texture loading and performance issues short of crashes?

I've noticed some issues surface on DirectX 12 games since installing 24H2, specifically Jedi: Survivor and Control although I've not tested it extensively, but the fact it occurs on two completely unrelated games different developers, publishers and even 3D engines suggests to me it's a Windows/DirectX issue. While I don't get the outright crashes that have been reported with this patch elsewhere, I did notice a general deterioration in frame rate, and also a weird problem where it would randomly refuse to load higher resolution textures, so many objects appear blurry when you walk up to

Directx 12 on Windows 10 is gone

Step 1:

I suggest you to check the DirectX Version installed on your system.

Follow the below steps to check the DirectX Version:

• Press Windows key + R from the Desktop.
• Type dxdiag and hit Enter.
• Check the DirectX Version.

Step 2:

I suggest you to update the Graphic driver from the Device Manager and check if it works.

Follow the below steps:

• Press Windows + R on the Keyboard.
• Type in devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
• Select Graphic driver from the list.
• Right click on the Graphic driver and click on Update driver Software.

If the issue persists then install the latest graphic driver from the manufacturer and check if it helps.
