Windows 10: 24H2 freezes pc known issue yet MS wont allow 23H2, why?

Like many of us, 24H2 freezes pc or causes other issues. MS has known about this for months. Knowing this, MS took down 23H2 which was stable, so we cant go back to it. Why? That makes no sense at all to me. Why would you keep your users from being able to use a stable version, and forcing them to suffer through an unstable one until you come out with a fix? I just cant fathom why you'd do that.I'm very frustrated. I'm spending way too much time and effort trying to troubleshoot your problem. I understand you cant anticipate every possibility in a build. Every build will have it's issues. Fair

can i install windows 11 24h2 on this processor because i run 23h2 in this processor

and what is the latest windows 11 23h2 cummulative update for June

and when windows 11 24h2 release for us

“PreventDeviceEncryption” Registry Key: is already present in my windows 23h2 what will heppen during update to 24h2 if that update is installed via windows update and will the keep my files option of the reset this pc function keep it in my registry?
