Windows 10: 24H2 I tried all options, None Work

Being beyond frustrated!!My Dell laptop is stuck in a loop, right after I log in the machine does not complete loading. It is in a loop of about 32 seconds. I do not have Taskbar, Windows explorer or any function past logging in.I have tried ALL resources, SFC/DSIM/RESET/RESTARTS/ etc that have been posted the last 3 months since this POS upgrade has been on my computer.Nothing works. I have KBs trying to download when the history shows they are already installed.I cannot reset my OS, File not Found or error codes. I get most services by using the RUN option, using WIN+R, but they seem limited

If the boot sequence didn't work, then we suggest try running the laptop in safe mode. To do this, here's a few steps to follow:

• Power down your laptop.
• Turn it back on again.
• When you turn it back on, press F8 repeatedly until the power on option appeared.
  
• If you see the boot option "Safe Mode with Networking", choose that option.
• See if you can boot up in Safe mode.

There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
