Windows 10: 24H2 version freezing computer and requires hard restart during load screen of games

Hello!As I can see, the same problem has been thrown around in the forum almost 100 times during the past 4 months it has been an issue.I have read almost all of the "answers" and "helpful tips" if you want to call them like that. There is no definitive solution and microsoft is incompetent enough to not know how to fix it. Before the you all gather around with pitchforks i will share my suppiort request number 7067729901. I had a microsoft wizard try to change the settings manually in my computer to prevent the crashes. 1,5-2h later, i opened up PoE1 and during the first load screen while e

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?

 

Freezes on restart

Random Computer Freezing - Need to hard restart after freezing No BSOD


Hello,

I'm going to post two different scenarios that happens when my computer needs a hard restart

1. My computer freezes completely (literally no movement on the screen or anything, it's not slow it's frozen). And an extremely loud buzzing sound comes out of my headphones or speakers.
2. The same thing as above except without the loud buzzing noise.

I saw that this happened to someone else who had both the speakers and the headphones plugged in at the same time. However, scenario #2 just happened to me 10 minutes ago even though I only had my headphones plugged in.

I built this computer six months ago and it's the first computer I've ever built. I assume it's a driver issue but I can't really pinpoint the problem since no BSOD appears on the screen and I have no higher computer knowledge.
