Windows 10: 24H2 ... what a disaster!

I have had would be more appropriate! an Asus Vivobook supplied on a Win 11 Pro platform from new. I added an external monitor to the setup for home use. I am always reluctant to install updates because of the risk that a working perfectly computer is transformed by the update into a completely useless collection of metal and plastic. My computer is on 24/7 because it runs streaming apps receiving, processing and actioning data Forex markets but it sometimes slows down over time and I find a Restart clears the pipes and it runs as normal again. There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

Currently 24H2 is an insider preview and not available outside the program. As the version suggests it should be available after release in the second half of 2024. (perhaps Sept/Oct)

I have been unable to print since installing Windows 11, version 24H2. The print requests remain stuck in the print queue and are listed as “pending”.
