Windows 10: 27in dual monitor refresh issue

I have two 27in monitors plugged into my mac pro, running in bootcamp, windows 10. One is a samsung 1920*1080 at 60hz, the other is zeol 2560*1440 at 60hz (both bought last year). Both were running fine. However, I replaced the samsung 1920*1080 monitor with an older samsung 1920*1080 monitor from 2014. Now for some reason my 2560*1440 only runs around 30hz (though it displays 59hz with 60hz option). Changing it to 60hz just automatically change my resolution back down to 800*600. However, if I disconnect my samsung monitor and let the zoel 2560 run solo, it goes back up to 60hz. So for some reason my zeol monitor doesn't like running at 60hz with the older samsung monitor. Why does this happen? How do I fix this?

Monitor flicker

Dell desktop, I7-6700, 16 ram, OS is 64 bit Windows 10 Pro ver. 1709, build 17025. Dual 27in HP monitors at 60hz, Geforce GTX 750ti.

This began I believe between upgrades, starting maybe 5 weeks ago. It would happen maybe twice a week, flicker off then on (very quickly) a couple times. Now it's doing it about 4-6 times a day. I have the monitors set up as extended, Only one will flicker
at a time, never both.

I have since updated the drivers for both the monitors and the GPU, along with the Fall Creators update for Windows. It is steadily getting worse. But I will mention that both monitors were at 60hz which HP recommended. Also, I use a Datacolor Spyder5 Pro
once a month to calibrate my monitors which in turn feeds the settings to the GPU. and somewhere around that time this issue began I updated the driver for it. AND, sometime or another, my displays where changed to 59Hz. I just reset them back to 60hz a couple
of days ago. That seemed to help cut down on the frequency of the flickering, but it's still to early to tell. It certainly still is flickering.

Black screen after exiting a game (Windows 10 Pro)

I was having this issue with both CSS and L4D2 where I would either tab out or exit the game and my PC would just sit with a black screen and nothing else.

I have a dual monitor setup and the way to fix this is simply by right-clicking on your desktop and going to "display settings", then choose "advanced display settings" and finally "display adapter properties", choose the "monitor" tab at the top and then
make sure the screen refresh rate is set to 60Hz (if you have a 60 Hz monitor) and not 50 or 59Hz.

Do this for each of your monitors and it will fix the issue straight away.
