Error 288 and ogwam

When I try to sign into my e-mail account I get error 288 and a reference to ogwam. When I use my brothers internet connection I can sign in. How can I correct this.

Sign-in to email a/c via sky.com

ISP is Virgin , email provider sky.com

Using the link in your email again resulted in the error 288 on the ogwam site.

I have again had to change to a different internet connection in order to access my yahoo mail account and it does work

Virgin wont discuss the problem because I have a sky e-mail and sky wont discuss it because I am with virgin!!!!

 

Apps and Games Taking up 243 GB of My 288 GB Harddriev With Windows 10

I need help in reclaiming hard drive space of my Windows 10 system. Apps and Games is taking up 243 GBs of my available 288 GBs. How do I reclaim the space? also when I look at the list of Apps and Games I can not account for anywhere near 243GBs.
