    2nd Monitor resolution is 640*480 and won't let me change it


    I have a second monitor that was working perfectly fine last week, and now it is extremely zoomed in and won't let me change the display settings as it is greyed out. I run AMD Radeon, have uninstalled, reinstalled new device drivers, updated to windows 11, reset to windows 10- I have virtually tried everything and it is not working still. I am unsure of what else I need to do to fix this!

    Stuck in 640 x 480

    Rockwell FactoryTalk View,
    Had some issues with compatibility with windows 10. One of windows brilliant suggestions was to have it run in 640 x 480. Now, even though that box is unchecked, the program always opens in that resolution. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled, rebooted the computer a couple thousand times and updated all drivers. Any ideas?

    Stuck in 640 X 480

    Troubleshooting a Rockwell program it was suggested to try starting 640 X 480.

    When that didn't work I unchecked the box for this and the app still starts in 640 X 480.

    Any suggestions?
