Windows 10: 2nd Monitor Wallpaper Changes on Sleep

Whenever my devices goes into sleep mode and both monitors go black, the main monitor wallpaper overrides the wallpaper on the second monitor. Additionally, any app open on the second monitor is moved to the main monitor.

2nd monitor 'missing' on wake after sleep

Running Win10, 64-bit on PC; verified latest nVida driver for EVGA GTX-960; using two monitors in expanded desktop:

When waking from sleep mode, only one monitor displays, all items crammed into it AND resolution changes, not to the monitor's default--have to run detect to (re-)find 2nd monitor and re-normalize desktop. This did NOT happen when running Win 8.1. No changes
to hardware configuration since upgrade. ???

 

Wallpapers for dual monitors

Hello, I've noticed a problem recently, I have two monitors, and used to have two wallpapers on both of them (a different wallpaper on each monitor), I haven't changed my wallpaper in a long time, to set a specific wallpaper for each monitor you'd usually
go to Settings, background, find the wallpaper you want and right click and select (set for monitor 1) or (set for monitor 2), however, it seems like monitor 1 isn't there anymore, instead there is (set for monitor 2) repeated twice, selecting either of the
options will set the wallpaper I chose on both monitors rather than just monitor 2, is there any way to fix this? Windows does recognize that I have two monitors and does set one of them as 1 and the other as 2 as shown here:





But when I go to change wallpapers, it just shows it like this:






Ever since I got a 2nd monitor, this has never been an issue, it always used to say "Set for all monitors", "Set for monitor 1" and "Set for monitor 2" as the options, I don't know when this changed to being both monitor 2

 

Color Display on 2nd monitor

I am using Windows 10 on a Dell laptop with a 2nd monitor which has been working fine. For some unknown reason I have suddenly lost the full color range on the 2nd monitor. I don't know if I have changed some setting by accident or what. I have tried
resetting the defaults but that didn't change anything on the 2nd monitor. The primary screen on the laptop continues to work fine. Any suggestions what needs to be done to restore the full color range on monitor #2?
