Windows 10: 2TB Hard Drive, Showing 1.8TB FREE but has NO disk space. How do I fix this?

I have a 2TB external hard drive I use for downloading games on steam, Microsoft store, etc. 1.8TB FREE Strictly only for games and files that come with it. I'm currently trying to download ARMA 3 which is a 140GB game, which I have "plenty of space" on my hard drive but I'm getting "Not enough disk space" error when trying to download/update a game. I've tried disk cleanups, I completely factory reset my computer, thinking maybe I had a virus or something, but my computer shows its clean. Any ideas on how to use all 1.99TB of my hard drive?

Unallocated Space on Hard Drive

Kindly take a screenshot of the disk management of your windows showing the unallocated drive on the list.

Kindly follow the steps below and take a screenshot of the result

Open the command prompt as administrator

Type the commands below and press enter after each commands

Diskpart

List Disk

Select Disk # - Change the # to the drive which points to your 2TB drive

List Volume

Take a screenshot and post it on your next response

Storage spaces does not see any of my hard drives to add to the pool

I have three hard drives attached to my PC via internal SATA ports (500Gig, 1 TB and 2TB) and they are all functioning properly and showing in Disk Management as Healthy. When I go to storage spaces and try to create a pool, there are no hard drives listed. I tried formatting, changing drive letters and running CHKDSK on each drive with no success. They are newer drives and otherwise work fine. The primary OS is on a separate SSD.

I have 2 Seagate Barracuda drives that only show as 2tb.
They are gpt.
This is since using them in raid in nas.
tried everything in this thread
Disk Management shows new 4TB disk as 2TB despite using GPT
Drives are F & G in screenshot,i have 2 other 4tb drives that are fine.
