Windows 10: 3-5 Blue Screens every day, cannot find cause or solution.

For over a year now my computer has been having bluescreen issues. It was only about once every few days up until about 1-2 months ago where it suddenly got worse and began to crash at least once a day or up to six or seven times a day. On top of that, my computer goes into "slow motion" about twice a day for the past 1-2 years. Much like when you set a YouTube video to 0.5x speed, everything on my computer begins to stutter and sound like it's in slow motion for a few seconds before returning back to normal.Things I've tried: Updating to Windows 11Reinstalling Windows keeping apps and files

• could you please mention the exact error message that you are getting?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

I have tried all of the options there, Which is why i included in my post the lists of things that i performed to isolate the cause of bsod. Thanks
