Windows 10: 3.5mm jack input

I have a Rampage RM-K26 3.5mm jack earphone. which works but I can't see it as a different device. Instead it changes audio output to my earphones while not changing default audio input device. So it still uses my laptop's in-built microphone as audio input device I can hear my friends but they can't hear me unless I shout on discord voice chat, for example. I can't find a driver for that specific model I'm using as well. Is this behaviour normal?2- USB Audio Device is my usb headset that I use for microphone but I can't see my earphones

sound input via jack

I am trying to record sound from my phone via a jack to jack input to Windows 10 with RealTec Hi Def sound. I can record from a headset plugged into the jack and from the buil-in microphone. Am not able to get any recording jack to jack other than a loud
feed back sound. Is there any suggestion to solve this problem? thanks

Headphone Jack Splitter Fix?

Hi,

Can you please is the Microphone is listed in the device manager after you connected to jack or not.

Step 1:

Go to Device Manager & expand Audio Inputs and Outputs

Step 2:

If Microphone is listed Select Microphone and right-click then select Enable Device

Let me know the status after performing the above.

Change source from TV to input jacks.

The remote has no such button.

And I don't see a physical switch on the TV box that has the input jacks.

They sure didn't make it easy to select a different input on my model!

Might you have any other suggestions?
