3 monitor setup not allowing 5760x1080 resolution after update
I have a 3 monitor setup using a Matrox Triplehead2go Digital edition,resolution of 5760x1080P. After an update on 16-nov-19 which windows installed an Nvidia Display "update" -26.21.14.3200 I can only get a resolution of 3840x1024 both systems thinks I have 1 monitor at that resolution. I have update ALL needed firmware and graphics card (GTX970)adapters for my system. It still thinks I have only 1 monitor at 3840x1024. NO other options are available to me in windows display OR Matrox Desk software. I have spent a lot of time trying to change this but failed. Do you have any suggestion for my to try? Im at my wits end. Thank you

Double Monitor Setup is not connecting

Hi Yuri,

To setup dual monitors, I suggest you to press Windows + P keys
and select Extend or the required option and check for status. If you are still unable to setup dual monitor, suggest you to update the Display Adapter driver by following the steps provided below and check for status.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.

Monitor resolution

The correct resolution for my monitor suddenly disappeared from the list of choices in device settings and Windows now insists that it use an incorrect resolution making everything appear stretched out. Windows insists that the most up-to-date drivers
are installed and will not allow any updates. How can I get the correct resolution back?
