Windows 10: 3 month old PC crashing when gaming

3 month old PC crashing when gaming. BSOD with WHEA_ UNCORRECTABLE ERROR and IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL also event viewer says kernel tracing error, volgmr error and kernel 41 error drivers updated and uninstalled Ethernet driver because I though it was the issue Nvidia 4070 is up to date

1 MONTH OLD PC KEEPS CRASHING

hey, my pc is a month old and it continuously crashes when trying to game, I've rolled back drivers, installed new ones, factory reset many times, cleared the cache tried to update direct x, but I looked into the event viewer and found the error logs if I send them could you help me diagnose my problem?

 

A month old pc and games are crashing

I've only had this issue for like 1-2 weeks and I'm not quite sure the reason behind it.

It can be pretty severe sometimes like when I play days gone and valheim on steam it crashes 0-10 minutes after loading up but it can also be an occasional crash every few hours on overwatch. I've looked in the event viewer and I get the event id 1000 for any steam games I play that crash. However, for overwatch I get a message that says

'Overwatch has crashed in the graphics driver. If your graphics drivers are not up to date please consider updating them. If the problem persists, please contact customer service.'

I've updated all my drivers and I've done sfc /scannow and DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth in the command prompt, I've reset my computer and im not sure what else to do.

My specs are

16gb ram

RTX 3070

and a ryzen 5 7600X

I can only think of a few other options that might help the situation and that is to downgrade to windows 10 pro so windows reinstall and the other to use my old graphics card to see if the problem is solved so i can use my graphics card warranty to get a new/repaired one otherwise do anything anyone suggests.
