Windows 10: 3 Windows 10 PC's Windows Access Issues

I have been chasing the permission to access from a new PC build. My wife gets in on from her Lenovo to the Dell Laptop and NEW PC is just fine. The problem is in the NEW PC running build 1809 Windows 10 Pro. Although the Dell is getting into the Lenovo the NEW PC has access to the Lenovo vice versa . The Dell has access to the NEW PC all shares good. Its just one way; NEW PC to DELL. Problem is the one way to the Dell. All shares and setting checked and double checked. The NEW PC does go through my 1 NETGEAR switch. The Dell has WI-FI and Ethernet and has been hooked up through the switch throughout. Any thoughts?*sarc

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 issues!

So for about 3 to 4 weeks now i'm having some issues with windows 10, Issues like LAN proxy "network says i have internet access but i can't access the internet it doesn't show a x or an exclamation sign" and huge frame rate drops in all games and stuttering! What i'm wondering is if i update my bios will it play nice with windows 10? Because i haven't updated my bios since i bought my system.

 

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
