Windows 10: [30/12] Internet connection issuse

Hi, I am Aexa. I would like to ask about the solution to fix my internet. The problem is I can't browse anything is google chrome! Here is what windown detect.
-The remote computer isn’t responding to connections on port 8080, possibly due to firewall or security policy settings, or because it might be temporarily unavailable. Windows couldn’t find any problems with the firewall on your computer.

I hope someone can answer my question and help me fix the problem. Thanks a lot!

Try the following steps:

  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.

  Select "Internet Explorer connection"

HTC 7 Mozart mobile not connecting to internet

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.

• And for issues connecting to the internet using a mobile data connection, select
