    30-day lockout

An attempt to change my password has moved me directly to 30-days in Microsoft jail. It is amazing that this is the best form of security available.

It convinced me to abandon all Microsoft programs outside of Windows 10. What a mess.

    :)

Where is the 30 day calendar in Windows 10?

The WIndows Store App Troubleshooter didn't turn anything up. I'm doing Step 2 now. Thanks for trying to help me. I miss that damn calendar! I use it all the time.

Finished: Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

Any other suggestions to get this 30 day calendar working? Thanks.

Account Lockout Policy is not working

    Hello guys,

I have Windows 10 Enterprise build 10240 on my Dell Tablet (32 bit) and Oracle VM (32 bit). On both system, I tried to setup Account Lockout Policy in Local Security Policy. I have Account Lockout Threshold = 5, Lockout Duration and Reset Lockout Account Counter = 30 min. However, after locking my account or signing off, my account is not locked after 5 and more failed logon attempts. This feature worked correct on my Windows 8.1 system with the same account lockout settings.
Does anyone experienced the same behavior? Any explanation or fix?

    Thank you very much,

How can I downgrade after 30 days of Windows 10?

You will have to perform a clean install, because Microsoft removed the 30 day grace period starting with Windows 10 1607 later. In those later releases Microsoft had changed it to 10 days.

Step 1: Download the edition you have a license for:

Windows 7 ISO Download • Windows ISO

    Step 2:

Step 3: Instructions how to downgrade:
