    OK, now you have windows 10 check in Settings > Update & Security > Activation. If it says activated with a digital license you can now do a clean install of the same edition (Home or Pro) of 64-bit Windows 10. Don't wipe it and install 64-bits until it says it is activated.

    i have windows 10 pro and it is activated with a digital license if this cant work can i give you team viewer code? im desperate to play fortnite

    Then a clean install of Windows 10 Pro should activate from that license as soon as it can contact the activation servers.

    I'm sorry, but I'd rather not do team viewer - but you shouldn't need it anyway *Smile
