Windows 10: 32GB Installed 16GB Usable

Discus and support 32GB Installed 16GB Usable in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; One month ago I upgraded from 16GB ram to 32GB ram.     One month ago I upgraded from 16GB ram to 32GB ram. But since then it has said 32GB Installed memory 16GB usable and the other 16GB is in the hardware reserved.The motherboard does support 32GB ram and so does the processor. But I have tried these steps and still doesn't resolve the issue.PC Specs:Ryzen 5 2600GTX 1070DDR4 32GB 3200mhz CL16 Ballistix ramGigabyte GA-A320M-H motherboard I have tried Updating BIOS:Changing the page file in virtual memory.Change msconfig.Reseating the CPU and RAM.

    Windows 10 Pro x64 32gb ram installed but only 16gb usable

    I just upgraded to a 500GB SSD. Installed Windows 10 Pro x64. I have 32gb of ram. But windows 10 x64 is saying 16gb is usable. The UEFI motherboard bios sees the 32gb of ram. I did all the trouble shooting the motherboard manufacturer said to do, but
    still didn't fix my problem. Anyone else having this problem? If so can you please inform me on how to fix this problem?

    32 gb but 16gb usable....

    I have crucial ballistic xt 32 gb ddr3 1600mhz and in my windows performance show 32gb installed but 16gb usable. I have a FX8320 cpu can't seem to figure it out plus my os is win7 pro 64 bit. mb is GA-970A-DS3.

    how to fix usable memory, 32GB (16GB usable) problem.

    Why is windows 10 reserving 16GB (half) of my memory for hardware after upgrading from 16GB of memory to 32GB of memory? When I had only 16GB of memory it did not reserve anything for hardware. I ran (SFC) and (DISM) and both came back ok. How can I fix
