Windows 10: 365 Laptop Background Isn't Changing anymore??

I've tried to fix this issue far to many times now. My daily spotlight lockscreen photo hasn't changed for over a month now. This started after my computer glitched out while I was organizing my files, not allowing me to move my cursor, to exit the page. This happened 2-3 times, each time I had to restart my computer, then the photo changed to its base blue background.I have tried changing it to and from, updating my computer, restarting it, and giving it time to try to update! The only thing I haven't been able to do is access my files to delete/restart the spotlight through PowerShell, becau

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things.

• Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
• Are you referring to desktop background image or lock screen image?

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the background picture and check if it helps.

• In the search type as ‘Settings’ and click on it.
• Select ‘Personalization’, under ‘Background’ option select as ‘Picture’.
• Under ‘Choose your picture’ select any picture accordingly or you can browse the picture from your computer.

Background cannot be changed

Hi,

To change the background on your Windows 10 Mobile, please follow the steps below:

• Open Settings, and tap on Personalization.
• Tap on Start.
• Tap on the drop-down list under Choose a background.
• Select your preferred background and click apply.
