Windows 10: 365 Update your payment information email

really want to speak to an actual person as I am having constant emails about updating my subscription payment method. I have already replied to advise I had to change my credit card and have renewed the subscription with the new card and going on to my account it confirms the renewal date in 2025. I have again installed 365 and had confirmation that it has been successfully installed. This morning whilst I was using xcel I had a message flash up that I would no longer be able to use this from February 2025 as I had not renewed my subscription. How can I remove our company credit card from a former employee's recurring payment for MS 365?
