37 Crashes from Wide Range of Error Codes (0x0d1, 0x00a, 0x0109)

Hello, and as the title states, I have (from what Log Collector has said) 37 crashes. Ranging from 0x0d1, 0x0109, 0x00a, and possibly others. First off, some of the crashes were because my network adapter did not support Windows 10. Upon investigation, I determined that there WERE no drivers for it, so I bought a new one that natively supported Windows 10. I had hoped that that would fix the issue, but it did not.

Crashes occur when: the computer is idle, when I am watching Youtube on Chrome, doing anything on Chrome, and sometimes I am fully unaware of what happened.

Any help would be appreciated, and thank you for reading

    :)

  2. TOP questions for Eseries devices - not so new!

Generally the above launch sequence codes are applicable to a very wide range of Nokia Symbian devices - particularly S60 - i.e. N95 as equally E90.

Looks like you may have a hardware and a driver problem. Dump indicates rtwlanu.sys is aproblemm. It's part of Realtek WLAN Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter. Need to find a newer driver for this device.

Dump also indicates memory_corruptuion, a single bit failure.

    Code: MODULE_NAME: memory_corruption IMAGE_NAME: memory_corruption FOLLOWUP_NAME: memory_corruption DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP: 0 MEMORY_CORRUPTOR: ONE_BIT FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: MEMORY_CORRUPTION_ONE_BIT BUCKET_ID: MEMORY_CORRUPTION_ONE_BIT[/quote] RAM:

    Information

37 Crashes from Wide Range of Error Codes (0x0d1, 0x00a, 0x0109) [IMG]

    MemTest86+
is a diagnostic tool designed to test Random Access Memory (RAM) for faults. MemTest86+ will verify that:

    • RAM will accept and keep random patterns of data sent to it
    • There are no errors when different parts of memory try to interact
    • There are no conflicts between memory addresses

Memtest86+ runs from bootable media to isolate the RAM from the system, no other components are taken into account during the test.

37 Crashes from Wide Range of Error Codes (0x0d1, 0x00a, 0x0109) [IMG]
    Warning
MemTest86+ needs to run for at least 8 passes to be anywhere near conclusive, anything less will not give a complete analysis of the RAM.

If you are asked to run MemTest86+ by a Ten Forums member make sure you run the full 8 passes for conclusive results. If you run less than 8 passes you will be asked to run it again.

37 Crashes from Wide Range of Error Codes (0x0d1, 0x00a, 0x0109) [IMG]
    Note
MemTest86+ has been known to discover errors in RAM in later passes than the eighth pass. This is for information only; if you feel there is a definite problem with the RAM and 8 passes have shown no errors feel free to continue for longer.

Running 8 passes of MemTest86+ is a long and drawn out exercise and the more RAM you have the longer it will take. It's recommended to run MemTest86+ just before you go to bed and leave it overnight.

This...isn't going well. Finished 2 passes, on 17% of the third, and I am on hour 10! Question: If it crashes while doing this, that means, for sure, hardware failure, right? Because this might take over 35 hours

An alternative way to test ram is to remove half then test. You have 16GB so that would leave you with 8GB which should be plenty.
Run that way for a day and if no errors, hangs or BSODs then swap removed and installed ram and test for another day.

If you have problems with one DIMM (memory module) and not the other, replace the failing one with one identical to what you keep.

What about the Realtek Wireless device? I don't see any mention of a onboard wireless so it must be an addon card or a USB dongle. Need to update it's driver.

It's a USB dongle. I found an update for it, and I either installed it, or just downloaded it. It was getting late, so I started running memtest. I didn't realize it was going to be this slow

Ok, hopefully that will esolve the WiFi problem.

    Are you still running Memtest86+?

All right, first slot and first stick are clear of issues. Later today I will test the second stick. If that turns up clear, it isn't a slot or a stick issue.

I have a question. Should my RAM be running faster than 369 MHz? Or is that an error on Memtest's part?

Can you post a picture of what you are talking about? A digital camera pic would be okay.

Sure thingAttachment 87359 Also, as you can see, no crashes, no errors, and as such, it looks like both slots on my motherboard, and both RAM sticks are okay. Unless the speed is an issue

37 Crashes from Wide Range of Error Codes (0x0d1, 0x00a, 0x0109)

Well, it has been a full day, and no crashes. Even doing the normal things to cause a crash. So, it looks like it was just a driver issue

That has to be a bug with memtest86+. 360Mhz instead of 1796Mhz is enormous so unlikely to be accurate.

Also agree your ram and system board look good.

Sure hope so. If it runs clean for a week I'll feel a lot better about it.
