Windows 10: 3d Maker

i am not happy with wins 10 not one bit, they can download/upgrade without my knowledge and i have had many issues with this. my ? is why did my pictures/files/personal items turn blue with arrows(i have no clue as to get rid of them). i cant get in them an its costly to have someone repair this issue. i want to know WHY THE HECK THEY MAKE IT THEIR DECISION TO CHANGE OUR PERSONAL FILES? AND HOW DO I KEEP THEM FROM DOING IT AGAIN!? and yeas im pissed. i cant get in my freaking files, i create an its tiresome to have to recover.

Windows 10 How can I turn off 3D Hardware Acceleration?

Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

In order to disable 3D hardware acceleration, I suggest you to follow the steps below.

• Right click on the desktop and select Graphics properties.
• Select Basic Mode and hit OK.
• Go to the 3D option.
• You can disable 3D graphics acceleration from this screen.

Windows Movie Maker not recognizing .avi files

We would suggest you to repair the Windows Live Movie Maker and check.

Follow the below steps to repair Windows Live Movie Maker.

• Type appwiz.cpl in the search box and hit Enter.
• Right click Windows Essentials 2012 and select repair.
