Windows 10: 3d models suddenly missing colors

I create my models with Tilt Brush - a painting in VR app, the models are fbx files.

I used to view the models perfectly with the 3D viewer, and the mixed reality viewer, exactly as I created. But suddenly, from 22 April, the models have no colors. The models from 3D library are colored as always, as before. Only my models from Tilt Brush are white, missing colors.

I've checked another PC - the same problem. Before -I viewed colored Tilt Brush files, Now they have no colors, and that is really too bad!

What happened? How to fix?

1. Are you facing this issue with all the models in 3D Builder?
2. Have you downloaded the models or have you created you own models using 3D builder application?
   
3. In which file format are the models saved?
4. Were you able to view the models in the 3D builder normally, prior to this issue?

Reply with the information to the above question for further clarity on the issue.

3D Builder Export to obj with colors

I understand that you are facing issues with Windows 10. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

The issue could occur if OBJ file is exported correctly or the file is corrupt.



3D Builder can view, capture, personalize, and print 3D models using 3D Builder. Download many kinds of 3D files and edit them using the 3D modeling space. Take a picture with your webcam and make it 3D. Personalize 3D files by embossing your name, or combine
models and pieces to make something new.

To assist you better, please provide the information:

• Have you created another 3D format files through 3D Builder app and checked in another 3D modelling program?
• When you say that "but the OBJ generated does not seem to contain texture/color information", by which app or applications have you tried to open the OBJ 3D file?

I suggest you export the 3D file to another file other than OBJ file. Check if the texture and picture is visible or not.

How to export 3D Builder models to Source with colors?

It won't work correctly. When I paint the 3D model with colors in the colors tab it didn't export .OBJ with colors but when i use any texture for painting 3d it works so, is there any option about exporting with colors ?
