Windows 10: 3d viewer the specified module could not be found (exception from HRESULT:0x8007007)

Whenever I open the 3D viewer app I get this error:

(The specified module could not be found. exception from HRESULT :0x8007007E)

I should say that I tried to remove and reinstall the app using Windows Power Shell but it didn't solve the problem.

The above steps holds good for Windows 10 as well.

The system cannot find the path specified (Exception from HRESULT:0x80070003)

I use a backup program from Western Digital called "Smartware Pro" Since installing the Windows 10 Version 1607 (Anniversary Edition) the Smartware program returns an error code "The system cannot find the path specified (Exception from HRESULT:0x80070003).
Any ideas what might be causing this? Western Digital has not been much help and has been aware of the problem since early August.

 

WP8 Market: Exception from HRESULT: 0xD0000022

Hi,
I'm trying to debug an issue i'm having with my app.
Everything works correctly with both master and debug builds.
But when i put the app on the windows store, i'm getting this very self-explanitory error when trying to run a view that implements GART with bing maps:
Exception from HRESULT: 0xD0000022

I'm using little watson for error reporting and i tried to log everything that's happening.
