Windows 10: 3D Viewer wont show opacity.

Discus and support 3D Viewer wont show opacity. in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I use 3DS Max for my models and every time I export a FBX file from it.     3D Viewer wont show opacity.


    I use 3DS Max for my models and every time I export a FBX file from it. My Model will not show any transparency in my object where I want to show it. Is there any solution to solving this?The area I have circled is the material I use for the bucket below. The transparency is set to 0.5

    Transparency for 3D objects in Paint 3D

    I came across a question asking about the opacity of 3D objects. While currently you are unable to manipulate the opacity of 3D objects, you CAN get around this issue by creating a 2D object with your desired opacity level and color, then clicking "Make
    3D" on the right-hand panel. While you can't create complicated 3D models using this trick, it is useful for creating windows and glass panes in architectural designs. You can also use the flat objects to create translucent cuboids, 3D stars, cylinders, etc.

    For 3D Viewer, where are the 3D Library Files?

    Nevermind! Resolved it myself using 3d Builder instead of 3D Viewer to do the exports.
