Windows 10: 3M WorkTunes Connect not outputting audio via Bluetooth on Microsoft 11 laptop

As it says in the title, my wireless WorkTunes Connect headphones are not outputting audio despite being connected to the laptop's Bluetooth system. I've already attempted un-pairing and re-pairing the headphones, uninstalling the headphones from the Bluetooth subcategory under device manager, and yes, I checked the volume and mute toggle as well. Bluetooth connextion

My 3M Worktunes Bluetooth headset will not connect to Windows 10, but my hearing aides do. Is the problem with the headset, HP laptop or Windows 10?

 

Bluetooth audio Problem

WIth my Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series, I have problem with audio output via bluetooth device.

My bluetooth is working very well with other device, for ex. Mouse.

When I connect audio device, the audio output is always with distrubance (crackling sound). Audio output in laptop speakers is normal and same with the AUX output.

I have double checked the drivers for bluetooth/audio/ and any other possible.

I appreciate any help/suggestions to this. Thank you!

 

Issue with Bluetooth Speakers Connected but not listed in sound devices on Windows 11

When attempting to connect my Vizio Bluetooth speaker to my computer, the pairing process is successful. However, despite being paired, the audio continues to play through the computer's built-in speakers instead of the connected Bluetooth speakers. Notably, the Bluetooth speakers do not appear in the mixer settings, preventing me from redirecting the audio output.

Observations:

• In Settings -> Bluetooth & devices -> Devices -> Audio, both Dell U2723QE and VIZIO SB3651 are listed.
  
• In Settings -> System -> Sound -> All Sound devices -> Output devices, only Dell U2723QE is listed.

Note: I have come across multiple reports online highlighting the same issue with Bluetooth speaker connectivity on Windows 11. Despite the prevalence of this problem, it appears that no tickets or decisive action has been taken by Microsoft to address this issue. Therefore, I am posting this problem again in the hope of receiving assistance and contributing to the resolution of this widespread concern.
