    3M WorkTunes Connect not working on Windows 11 24H2


    I'm able to pair the headphones to Windows, the microphone on the headphones works, but there's no sound out of the headphone speakers.I tried "Remove device" and re-pairing.I tried uninstalling the headphones from the Bluetooth subcategory in the device manager.I checked all audio levels pertaining to the WorkTunes headphones and none are muted or low.Windows 11, version 24H2, build 26100.2314.

    There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

    My 3M Worktunes Bluetooth headset will not connect to Windows 10, but my hearing aides do. Is the problem with the headset, HP laptop or Windows 10?

    Windows 11 24H2 is now shipping on new Copilot+PCs. However, Microsoft has not announced when it will be released for other Windows 11 users. By all accounts, it will be a significant update.
