    Looks like it was these 2 updates ...

    The error message is fairly vague ...

    Windows 10 update fails on Microsoft SQL Server 2014 SP1 Cumulative Update (CU) 7 KB3162659

    Why, oh why, is Microsoft trying to apply Microsoft SQL Server 2014 SP1 Cumulative Update (CU) 7 KB3162659 on my SQL Sever 2012 machine AND have it fail every time.

    So now my boot, wakeup time is 15+ minutes while Microsoft trys this failure of an update every time. Microsoft, over the last 20 years I have known you, you are getting worse.
