Windows 10: 3rd party key for VS Enterprise 2022, works, but cannot see it online.

I bought a cheaper, 3rd party key for VS Enterprise 2022, I downloaded the trial version, and registered inside Visual Studio, I selected: Help->Register Visual StudioAnd entered the key. It worked. the register/about window inside VS Enterprise 2022 now say "license applied", the word "trial" is gone, etc.But I cannot see the license anywhere on my.visualstudio.com.Is that just how it is, or is there something I can do, so the product is registered online, and just locally?GreetingsChristian

• Are you referring to Mail app on Windows 10? If so, are you able to receive any send email via Mail app?

Are you using the Administrator account? As you have mentioned that you are in the Enterprise Edition can you share whether you are on a domain network or not. If you are a single user then follow the steps below to run the Windows update troubleshooter,
as the error code shows it’s a Windows Update issue.

• 
  Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
  
• 
  Click on “View All” option on top left pane.
  
• 
  Select “Windows Update” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.
  

I would also suggest you to install the application in clean boot as well.

Clean Boot checks if the issue is occurring due to any third party programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows. You may also troubleshoot or determine
what conflict is causing the problem by performing a clean boot.
