Windows 10: 3rd party software can't install, unhandled exception occured

Hello,

I am trying to install drivers & Firmware for a Laser Engraver. I have installed other devices like this made by other manufacturers this is the first time I've run into this situation.

The drivers install (CH340 USB drivers) without any problem but when I try to install the firmware I receive an error prompt requesting JIT Debug be turned off.

I searched the web for a solution saw a video showing Machine Debug line that could be turned on or off, but there was no command line Machine Debug Manager in MY Win 10 administrative tools as shown in the video.

So where do I look and what do I do?

not sure if this is the place to put this help me question

does anyone kno what kind of error this is..it pop up when i try to play power DVd or wmplayer

it would say "An unhandled win32 exception occured in powerdvd.exe[number]

that number changes everytime

• Have you made any significant changes to your device prior to the issue? If yes, what are they?
• Are there other accounts in your device? If there are, does the error come up when you log in to them?
• Are there third-party applications installed on your device?

how do i fix unhandled exception has occurred in your application?

Hi Guys,

I'm using 3rd party application to retrieve data form the devices such as patrol device, but encountering a error "unhandled exception has occurred in your application" since after windows update. Is there anyone can help me to resolve it?
