Windows 10: 4.2GB of my RAM are hardware reserved and i don't know why

Hello! so, I've been facing this problem lately were 4.2GB of my RAM are hardware reserved and i don't know why , i wish you guys could help... thxNOTE : This is slightly affecting my performance My specs rocessor AMD A8 PRO-7600B R7, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G 3.10 GHz Installed RAM 8.00 GB 3.80 GB usable System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Like I said before, I have tried many combinations and I found that the memory slots are messing up.
If I use the match Slot1: 1GB ; slot 2: 2GB; slot 3: 1GB; slot 4: 2GB, I only get 3GB of usable RAM

If I use the match Slot1: 2GB ; slot 2: 2GB; slot 3: 1GB; slot 4: 1GB, I get 4GB of usable RAM

If I use the match Slot1: 1GB ; slot 2: 1GB; slot 3: 2GB; slot 4: 2GB, I get 2GB of usable RAM

Its kinda confusing, I know. The 2 slots on the left are getting the "usable memory". The 2 on the right are "reserving" it for hardware. It is really like that. And it never happened before.

Change Hardware reserved memory to 2GB

Hello

I just installed a RAM module on my laptop, but my hardware reserved memory remains 298MB, I want to change this to 2GB, I found out how to change this but I am not sure to what value I am supposed to enter as I don't know what unit it is. Could someone please tell me the value I must enter to set my hardware reserved memory to 2GB.
