Windows 10: 4 apps won’t update, Windows 11 23H2

The 4 apps in my screenshot won’t update. Clean install of Windows 11 23H2. Tried with both pro and home. Tried with local and Microsoft account. Tried all typical fixes including sfc and dism. The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

• 22000.xxx is 21H2
  
• 22621.xxx is 22H2
  
• 22631.xxx is 23H2

Updating to Windows 11 23H2

If you have 'Get the latest updates as soon...' switch On in Windows update page then turn that Off and try Check for updates

to see if W.U. find 23H2 as advised in this thread.
