Windows 10: 4 BSOD's on 2-month old PC

Recently built a new PC, and it works excellently well however over the last 3 weeks I've had 4 BSOD's all with the same bugcheck error code from Event Log

I don't know how it starts or what triggers it. It simply runs into the issue every few days and restarts all on its own

This issue could have been caused by the settings on your laptop. Please tell us the version and build of your Windows 10 by pressing
Windows key + R, then type winver.

Sound on 4 month old HP Notebook won't work?

I got this laptop as a gift for Christmas. Even though it's not a gaming PC, I still mostly only play Sims 4 with it. Other than that I just do homework. Lately, the sound out of my earbuds was coming out all static like. I tried multiple different pairs
of earbuds, all with the same result. So I just muted the sound for a while. I mostly only ever use earbuds, so I didn't notice that sound wasn't coming out of the actual speakers too. This is so irritating and I know absolutely nothing about laptops. Can
anybody tell me what I might be doing wrong, or if there's some way to fix this?

 

Either set the computer to not restart on 'System Failure' (Go Control Panel - System & Security - System - Advanced System Settings - Start Up & Recovery - Under 'System Failure' make sure 'Automatic Restart' is not checked. That way you can get the error code & google it OR download a program called 'Blue Screen View' After a BSOD, open the program & it will show you what the offending driver.

I am pretty much not very tech-savvy so some of those results I dont really understand
