    im not what happened, i think my computer updated and then i cant access my outlook emails,its giving me the message.401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentialsplease help.. i need my account for my business.

    I receive the following message when trying to sign into my Hotmail:

    401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

    You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
