Windows 10: 42.1 GB Windows 11 dev environment.vhdx file inside Windows Folder

I noticed a 42.1 GB file inside my "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Virtual Hard Disks". It is named "Windows 11 dev environment.vhdx" Is this a part of Hyper-V? I just use Hyper-V for trying out Linux distros. Is it okay to get rid of it if I don't use it?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Hyper-V: Windows 10 dev environment is gone from the list?

Hey, how can I get the Windows 10 dev environment to use in Hyper-V? It is gone from the list and replaced by Windows 11.
