Windows 10: 475 PerfNet Errors 2004 in 7 days every 10 min

HiI have tried every thing that i red in the web. please help.In general it says "Unable to open the Server service performance object. The first four bytes DWORD of the Data section contains the status code."In details it says

How to resolve PerfNet Event ID 2004?

I have been noticing the following error in the Event Viewer and was wondering what this error means and how to resolve this error if possible?

Any explanation to what this error means and any possible solutions to resolve this error would be greatly appreciated!

 

Error Code 2004

I am repeatedly getting perfnet error code 2004. I am attempting to play a few games (Star Citizen, Bannerlord), but I keep getting these errors roughly 20 mins into the game. The error is surrounded by error codes 1008, and 2002.

This is the message of the error

"Unable to open the Server service performance object. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the status code."

I attempted to use the fix previusly posted on this support forum but doesnt seem to have done the trick. Any help is welcome. Is this a GPU/CPU problem or what?
