    I already had the free version installed so I just put the license code in and it activated me for a full home version.

    I did not use the download from the link.

    Try it that way and see.

    I downloaded and installed, entered the key and it activated. I'm still not sure whether I have a trial or a full version. At any rate, that's not my problem . . .

    I was instructed to create WinPE bootable so I inserted the Flash Drive and started the process. I don't understand what went wrong, but I had to start over (see attachment below) after formatting the Flash Drive to Fat 32, but I still get the same thing.

    You could take the option to make an ISO and then burn it with Rufus.
