Windows 10: 4GB RAM , 128GB SSD, Intel i3 cpu 11th gen,TPM on board ? lenovo say specs not good

My lenovo ip3 4gb ram i3 core cpu 128 gb ssd 2.0 TPM is really lagging, high cpu , lenovo say 4gb is not enough ram when they are still selling this ,only now with w11 pre installed ? they say i gota upgarde to 12 gb ram? advice ???

I am willing to buy a laptop, (IdeaPad Slim 3i 11th Gen, 39.62cms - Intel i3 (Arctic Grey)

Model Number : 82H801L2IN) ,ideapad laptop slim but I need to ask if only 1 8GB RAM is present in 1 of the slot or 4GB RAM in each of the slot? and if 4Gb sticks are there in both, how we are supposed to expand upto 16GB?

Is CPU Z safe to run on Windows 11home? and will it be stable?

I want to look at my CPU voltage without BIOS so that's why I want to install CPU z
