Windows 10: 4TB hard disk showing 15TB

I bought a 4TB hard disk 2.3" external storage, but when I plug in crystal disk show that is pending sector and show caution. Therefore I format the whole hard disk to try to fix it, when I go in disk management, it show 3.7TB is allocate, but there is 12TB unallocated. I end up erase all partition and format it.Afterward I end up get 15TB of unallocated space, from there I was able to do any formatting and return to the original 3.7TB space, anyone has any idea what happened? and how can I fix it. Is already under GPTThank you in advance

3.Torrent client
4.DLNA streaming

My new HDD is not showing up on disk manager, but shows up in BIOs

I tried doing that and the 4TB HDD (which would be disk 2 in this case) is not showing up in the disk list, just the first 2 disks aka disk 0 and disk 1

how would i do the rest of the steps if the HDD isn't in the CMD list disk at all?

4TB Hard Disk Installation issue

Tried Partition Magic, GParted, Seagate Disk Wizard(from bootable media) and even DiskPart on command prompt. Nothing seems to work. Yes! the hard disk is internal one. I am thinking of trying to get it formatted on some different machine and bring it back
to my system. Being Sunday, I don't think GigaByte will respond today.
