    5 different agents, and four hours I won't get back


    How can I escalate an issue of gross customer service incompetence? I have been dealing with customer service continually for more than four hours. I have been bounced from person to person. One tech worked with me for more than two hours before unceremoniously dropping from our chat without warning. My Xbox controller refuses to send input information to my PC. After updating driver after driver, there is still no resolution. Finally, I became embroiled in an infinite loop of someone telling me contact Windows support the very thing I had been doing for hours just so I could start the process again. How can I escalate my issue without being told to re-enter the system?
