Windows 10: 5 mins after I booted into my pc I get bluescreen

Hello, in recent days I started to have problem with my pc. 5-10 min after I boot up my pc I get bluescreen with stop code: SYSTEM SERVISE EXCEPTION + what failed: condrv.sys


I would like to ask what can cause this problem and how can I solve it because I can´t do my work and I dont wan´t to be fied.

Please help asap.


And yes, I have scanned my pc with antivirus program.

I suggest the following simple steps:

1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.

If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

1. Disable superfetch service
   • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
   • Restart the computer

2. Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)
