Windows 10: 5 minutes waiting in launching and error code 0x00001337 in Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3...

Hi, I just downloaded Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 from pc gamepass in windows 11 and I noticed it takes about 5 minutes in the launching screen but everything works fine except for campaign every time campaign opens it freezes in the menu for about a minute and crashes with a error code message 0x00001337How can I fix this 2 issues?
