    5 month old windows 11 computer randomly restarting itself or freezing randomly


    I got my fiance a new pre-built desktop computer from NewEgg 5 months ago and it has recently started randomly either freezing and needing a hard reset, or initiating the restart process on it's own randomly.I've tried many things to fix it, including:Memory testCHKDSK testSFCDISMDefraggingWindows UpdateCleanbootReplaced the RAM of the computerUpdated driversNothing is overclocked...none of these have fixed the issue and it will still restart or freeze after as fast as 1 minute, or as long as 10 minutes.If it would be helpful, I can supply windows eventlogs I managed to save between restarts.B

    I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
    Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
    I had tried that as well... no result.
