Windows 10: $50 bounty to fix my audio popping issue

I've had this issue across 2 PCs and tried about a dozen possible solutions to no avail.

The issue is this uncommon audio crackle that happens in cases such as skipping through a youtube video. People say it's due to the large shift in volume but I think it's due to when the PC is processing pieces of audio one after another. It doesn't occur when I'm naturally watching videos, streams, or playing video games, but I recently started playing visual novels (basically a book with voice lines and visuals) and it is apparent as audio pops every few lines or so.

Many possible fixes I've tried include buying a DAC, disabled fast boot, messed with ram, made sure PC was on high performance, and plugging my headset through the monitor. I tested the latency and it all checked out fine.

There probably isn't a solution as many people dismiss it as a software issue in windows. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

must be a power issue, id suggest maybe googling it with your specific hardware even

hey @adj592 i tried formatting the complete hard disk and then do MBR steps and installed Windows 7 ultimate or Windows 10 with the steps mentioned above almost 50-60 times now. i am creating this post after searching for almost 3 months and fed up of the issue. i am unable to make b&O speakers work . headphones works like a charm . tried almost 7 versions of Realtek audio drivers including latest one. and did robbmeisterr's suggestion as well.
Can someone help me troubleshoot it.
