Windows 10: 50% of RAM consumed when laptop is IDLE

I have a HP laptop with intel i5-8265U CPU @ 1.60HZ and 8GB RAM. Its bootup time is almost 5 minutes and even when I am not using any windows applications or running just one tab in the Chrome browser the RAM utilization becomes 50% or more. On running 5-6 tabs in Chrome the RAM utilization increases to up 85% which makes my laptop very slow and difficult to use. I have tried few hacks as suggested on the internet like virtual memory change and disabling app during startup but to no avail. I checked my graphics driver also and they are updated too.Please advise me how can I troubleshoot my lap

Hello, my laptop uses around 50% RAM usage when its not doing anything.

Hello everyone i have this problem where my ram is always at 50% above and i jist reformatted my laptop a while ago i have no apps or games but the ram is already at 50% above what should i do? My specs are ryzen 3 3200U 4gb ram
