Windows 10: 500 GB folder are insidne my 256 GB SSD, is that posible???

Is is safe to delete this file? idk why this file are very large even my SSD only 256 GB but this file fill up more than 500 GB insinde my 256 GB SSD ? but whyy? anyone can explain i dont understand

I want to clone or make a duplicate copy of everything on the 256GB SSD to the new 2TB SSD including the Windows OS.

Can anyone provide a much-needed step-by-step process (No 3rd party additional Software to Purchase) or a video that show a step by step on how to complete this full 256 GB SSD Transfer to 2TB SSD.

Just purchased:

Western Digital 2TB WD Blue SN570 NVMe Internal Solid State Drive SSD - Gen3 x4 PCIe 8Gb/s, M.2 2280, Up to 3,500 MB/s - WDS200T3B0C

Plus a

M.2 NVMe Enclosure to install the 2TB drive and clone/duplicate/copy OS & Files to it.

 

500 GB USB reduced to 30 GB USB SSD - how do I revert back to 500 GB?

I purchased a 500 GB USB drive. Based on another problem I downloaded Windows 10 supposedly bootable USB files. The procedure erased my 500GB SSD and installed the supposedly bootable USB files.I ultimately used a bootable DVD drive instead.

Now the 500GB SSD shows as a 30 GB drive. I reformatted and still the capacity is only 30 GB. How do I get full capacity back?

 

Question: Do I need a 256 GB SSD PC or larger to transfer just over 200 GB of iCloud Photos from 2 TB iCloud to personal 1,054 GB OneDrive? (Monday, August 28th, 2023)

If not, I'll do it in maybe 60 days to go back down to 50 GB iCloud+ until I do need a 256 GB SSD Windows laptop, maybe in four years.
