  1. 5G network replaced by a "hidden" network on Windows 11

Has happened before, usually after a windows update, but it usually only happens for a week or so, it has been a month so far. I have attempted to troubleshoot repeatedly to no avail, followed similar issues and their fixes as well.

  2. Delete "hidden network"

    Hi,

Deleting or Blocking available networks can only be done using Command Prompt. Follow the steps below:

    • Open Command Prompt.
    • Type netsh wlan add filter permission=block ssid="WLAN name"
networtype=infrastructure (Replace WLAN name with "hidden network" or the name of the wireless network you want to block) and press
      Enter.
    • Close Command Prompt.
To remove/delete the network from the block list. Replace "add" with "delete" on the command in step two.

    Looking forward to your response.

  3. Cannot connect to my 5G network

Hi, I recently bought a new laptop Lenovo and it works just fine until recently I am not able to connect to my 5G network even though my 5G network is available in the list of available network but it says "cannot connect to this network"

-using windows 11 with the latest updates

-my laptop does support 5G network
-tried restarting the laptop but no luck
-updated the wireless driver from device manager but nothing.

so if someone could help me with this situation would be great..
