    I need contact information. Microsoft deducted $109.99 from my bank account per my bank this a.m. I have not received an email stating they did, only previous ones telling me I needed to pay for service, I have not used service until 2 weeks ago. that is when I started receiving the notices, I was not ready to use Microsoft Edge as I had not yet paid for the service, yet today again per my bank notification they took out that amount, but when I signed in just under an hour ago to Microsoft edge, the message it gave me was that I needed to pay $109.99. wouldn't that be tantamount to double billing? I have no contact information or a telephone number for any live body to speak with this about, not even an email address.

    This is a bugcheck 109 error. But analysis is inconclusive in the dump file. This error is generally due to driver or hardware corruption.

    Do you have more dump files?

    How to add group contacts in Nokia 109?

    I don't know how to create a group of contacts on my Nokia 109 phone. Also when I add additional details to a contact number it seems to only save these on the device. When I move storage of contact to SIM they are lost

    Any suggestions?
