Windows 10: ???????

Okay so my computer just randomly started bugging out and every time i try to login literally all of my files have disappeared and it doesn’t even have settings on it… i’ve restarted it multiple times but i have no idea what’s going on it loads for 30 minutes saying it’s preparing windows and then this see picture shows up. It was fine earlier today, but now nothing works. Please help, i’m scared and confused. The settings app won’t even load. Where are my apps, my files, and the windows button? that won’t even show up
